Clean and tidy. It's a hotel not a guest house so no tight stairs to carry your cases. There's a lift to all floors. Breakfast very good especially the kippers. Free parking which is a must in Skegness. Positioned on the front. Have already booked our next visit. Well done the county hotel.

Lovely retro hotel needs investment but don't change anything won't be everyone's taste but for a trip down memory lane it's great. Stayed in Aug Mon to Fri Room clean and everything provided that you get in most hotels. Staff are a credit to the hotel. And the breakfast was good and set you up for the day

I stayed at the County this week as part of a package tour arranged by Chris Cooper travel. The hotel was pleasant and our room was basic but clean. The two things that make this hotel stand out above all others are the wonderful staff and the delicious food. Every member of staff from the chambermaids to the dining staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help guests who had mobility issues or other problems. We had breakfast and evening meal in our package and the choice was amazing. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. I would personally recommend their poached eggs on toast for breakfast-best I've ever had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel is a bit dated but staff are friendly rooms are clean and comfortable No tv but you can make a hot drink in your room. Has a bath and shower combo You can see the sea from the room I was in which was a pleasant surprise. No food in rooms but can eat down stairs or eat out if you wish Parking not so good only a small parking area at the back of the hotel and then road side parking if you are lucky. I would use this hotel again. Breakfast included in the price.

This is a great hotel with lots of art deco character. We stayed there for a night stop over. The manager was very helpful and accommodating. He pointed out where we could get local help with car trouble. The breakfast was ample and tasty. The price is reasonable and on the side of good value. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The front facing rooms must have a great view of the beach. I was in a side facing room and still had a good view of the beach and entertainments. This is a prime spot, close to the beach, entertainments and pier. Highly recommended.

Me & my son came here early May and I made a mistake with the booking where I only booked a 1 bed room. They rectified this for me straight away with no arguments. Lovely bedroom plus a good range of breakfast choice. Well done!
